英式小圓煎餅Crumpet的做法怎麼做

溫熱牛奶和糖溶解,灑上酵母,靜置10分鐘;Pour lukewarm milk into a small bowl with sugar, whisk in the yeast, leave in a warm place for 10 mins.

面粉和鹽過篩;Sift the flour & salt into a container.

酵母液倒進面粉裡;Pour the yeast liquid into the flour.

使勁攪拌5分鐘直到粉漿變得順滑;Beat vigorously for 5 mins to make a smooth batter.

置於溫暖處並以濕佈遮蓋30分鐘;Cover the container with a clean, wet towel and put in a warm place for 30 mins.

時間到瞭,面糊大量起泡;Now the battle doubles in volume with a lot of bubbles.

蘇打粉拌入水中;Dissolve the baking soda in cold water.

接著將之拌入面糊;Beat it into the batter.

煎蛋圈內抹油,置於不沾鍋上,以中小火煎6分鐘;Put the greased rings onto a greased pan, fill with batter, cook for 6 mins.

可開另一個鍋繼續煎;Continue cooking with another pan.

取出煎蛋圈,直到表面變幹;將煎餅翻面再煎2分鐘。Loosen the ring till the top is no longer wet. Turn over and cook the other side for 2 more mins or till lightly browned.

趁熱倒入糖漿一起享用;Serve the crumpets warm and spread with syrup.

當然可依個人喜好搭配花生醬、果醬、牛油或者茅屋芝士。Feel free to choose peanut butter, jam, butter or cottage cheese.
