焗烤香脆培根起司的做法怎麼做
培根Bacon 1/2磅,碎薯餅Hashbrowns 3-5杯,紅蘿卜Carrot 1/2根,海鹽SeaSalt 1小匙,黑胡椒粉BlackPepper 3/4小匙,切達乳酪CheddarCh.1 1/2杯,青蔥GreenOnions 3根
做法1、將培根放進大的烤盤中, 放進冷的烤箱 (中架). 設定烤箱400F / 200 C. 烤約15-20分鐘.看看培根夠不夠脆, 如果有脆度就ok瞭.Put bacon strips on a large baking pan and place on middle rack of a COLD oven. Set the temperature to 400 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
2、將碎薯餅放進主要烤盤中. 將少許培根的油加入攪拌. 烤約15分鐘.
Prepare another baking pan, pour hashbrowns into the pan, stir some bacon grease into the hashbrowns, and bake for 15 mins.
3、將青蔥切碎, 紅蘿卜切絲. 備用.Chop green onion, shred carrot. Set aside.
4、培根切碎. 將培根, 紅蘿卜, 薯餅和所有調味料一起攪拌均勻. 切達起司均勻撒在最上面. 放回烤箱再烤約5分鐘直到起司融化.Chop bacon into small pieces. Mix everything including seasoning with hashbrowns. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
5、最後上菜前撒上青蔥.Finally sprinkle green onions just before serving.
