傢常炸雞的做法怎麼做

雞腿DrumSticks 6支pcs,鹽Salt 少許some,黑胡椒粉BlackPepper 少許some,雞粉ChickenStock 少許some,蒜粉GarlicPowder 少許some,面粉Flour1 ½杯,炸油Fryingoil 1
做法1、先用鹽, 黑胡椒和雞粉先調味Season the chicken with salt, pepper and chicken stock before.
2、在盤子裡混和鹽, 蒜粉和面粉Mix Salt, garlic powder with all-purpose flour in a plate
3、把雞肉裹粉Coat the chicken with the flour mix
4、快速的將裹好的雞肉浸冷水然後取出Dip the coated chicken in room temperature water quickly
5、將雞肉再裹一次粉, 這會讓雞肉炸好後表皮更厚和酥脆Coat the chicken with the flour mix again, this will create a thicker and crispier coating after frying.
6、將裹瞭兩次粉的雞肉用 375F/190C 炸大約3-5分鐘, 或直到雞肉呈黃金色.Deep fry the double coated chicken at 375F/190C for 3-5mins or until golden
