新加坡摩摩喳喳的做法怎麼做
Ingredients
Sweet Potato Diced 蕃薯粒 200gm
Taro Diced 芋頭粒 200gm
Coloured Tapioca Flour Cubes 木薯粉粒 200gm
Water 水 1kg
Sugar 糖 150gm
Pandan Leave ( 6Pcs ) 香蘭葉 6 片
Coconut Milk 椰汁 1.5kg
Red Bean 紅豆 200gm
涼粉 300gm
做法METHOD
Sweet potato diced and Taro diced steamed 10 minute
Red bean put in water and sugar 20gm steamed 1 hour
Boil tapioca flour cubes in hot water 10 minute
I kg water put in pandan leave to boil 30minute .
Then put in coconut milk boil after put in sugar to tasting sweet enough sweetness
To serve all cook ingredients , put in bowl after pour the coconut milk soup
Finish done
