牛肉馬鈴薯的做法怎麼做

簡介 簡單又好吃的配飯料理! 材料

牛絞肉GroundBeef 1磅lb,馬鈴薯Potato 1顆pc,植物油VegiOil 2大匙tbsp,醬油SoySauce 1小匙tsp.,黑胡椒BlackPepper 少許some,青蔥GreenOnion 可無optional

做法

1、將兩大匙油加入鍋裡, 熱鍋, 加入馬鈴薯煮至馬鈴薯幾乎熟透, 稍稍攪拌. (約10分鐘)Heat about 2 tbsp. of oil in a large skillet. Add potatoes and cook until slightly browned and mostly cooked through stirring occasionally. (10 mins)

2、加入牛絞肉煮熟, 一邊把牛絞肉切碎, 將馬鈴薯和牛肉拌均 (約10分鐘) Add ground beef to potatoes and brown, split it up into very small pieces and stir (10 minutes).

3、肉和馬鈴薯完全熟透後, 關火, 加入1小匙鹽(或醬油), 黑胡椒, 攪拌均勻. 可加入更多鹽或醬油自行調味. 搭配蔬菜和飯一起吃. Once everything is fully cooked, turn off the heat and add about 1 tsp of salt (or soy sauce), black pepper then mix well. Add more salt if desired.
