蒜泥白肉的做法怎麼做

簡介 偷懶卻又好吃的蒜泥白肉! 材料
豬肉片SlicedPork 500克g,青蔥GreenOnion 1根pc,薑泥MicedGinger 10g,大蒜Garlic 4顆cloves,辣椒ChiliPepper 3條pcs,辣椒油ChiliOil 5g,醬油SoySauce 15g,芝麻油SesameOil 10g,白醋WhiteVinegar 少許Some
做法1、滾一鍋水, 將豬肉一片一片慢慢放進鍋裡. 再加入青蔥和薑泥去腥味.Boil a pot of water, and put pork slices into the pot and boil until cooked. Add Green onion and ginger bring to boil, to get rid of the porky tastes.
2、將豬肉片拿起擺盤放涼.Then take them out and display on the plate to cool.
3、蒜頭和辣椒切碎 (辣椒如果是新鮮的就切碎,幹燥的可用手撥碎), 加入一個小碗裡.Mince garlic and chili (chop chili if it’s fresh, if it’s dried you can just break them by hand), then put into a bowl.
4、加入醬油, 芝麻油 , 白醋, 最後加入辣油, 攪拌均勻. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, white vinegar and last chili oil, mix well.
5、將醬料淋上豬肉片.Sprinkle the sauces on the pork.
